EVARILOS Open Challenge - Call for Competition

The EVARILOS consortium has published a call for the EVARILOS Open Challenge, an RF-based indoor localisation competition in which participating teams compete in precise localisation under the influence of different RF-interference scenarios. The competing localisation solutions will be evaluated following the EVARILOS benchmarking methodology, aligned with the upcoming ISO/IEC 18305 standard: Test and evaluation of localisation and tracking systems.

The EVARILOS Open Challenge will run with two tracks within the Fourth EvAAL Competition:
TRACK 1: LOCALIZATION AND ACTIVITY RECOGNITION FOR AAL, 7-10 July 2014 - Madrid, Spain

TRACK 2: RF-BASED INDOOR LOCALIZATION SOLUTIONS IN PUBLIC SPACES, organized by the EVARILOS project, June 2014 - Ghent, Belgium

TRACK 3: RF-BASED INDOOR LOCALIZATION ALGORITHMS, organised by the EVARILOS project, May - July 2014 - online remote competition

Final EvAAL workshop: 11 July 2014 - Madrid, Spain
